B-Alarmed has been fantastic to work with and we are highly satisfied with their work. They have been very professional throughout the whole process, demonstrating a passion for their work, and a desire to provide a smooth process and a product that is fit for our purpose. During initial conversations and scoping of work they were very detailed in their investigations of our site, which is complex in both size and age of buildings, they listened to what we wanted and made sound suggestions appropriate to our requirements. We thought the quoting system was great as it allowed us to make choices on componentry that fitted within our budget. The installation of the equipment was to a very high standard and is certainly a huge upgrade to our old system both in terms of the quality of images, coverage of the site, and tidiness of wiring work. Following the set up we have been very happy with the support provided to teach us how to use it and make changes to how it operates best for us.
