An evaluation of the camera system 8 weeks post-installation.
A quad-monthly system review for the initial 24 months post-installation.
A 2-year warranty on hardware from the installation date.
Installation travel costs are embedded within the labor fee. Non-defect-related call-outs will be billed at the standard rate plus travel.
2. Installation and Timing:
We’ll work collaboratively to decide on a suitable installation schedule.
Delays from the agreed commencement will extend our completion timeframe.
Surface containment requires a project lead’s approval. The primary contractor is responsible for providing sufficient time for hardware procurement and ordering.
3. Force Majeure:
Obligations impacted by unforeseen and uncontrollable events will be temporarily suspended.
4. Intellectual Property:
Any designs or intellectual property provided by the Subcontractor remain their property. The Contractor is granted non-exclusive usage rights solely for this project.
5. Health and Safety:
All tasks align with our Health and Safety Policy, and a project-specific plan will be crafted.
6. Warranty, Testing, and Maintenance:
A 12-month workmanship warranty and 24-month hardware warranty are provided post-completion. This excludes usual wear and tear.
7. Payment Terms:
A 50% upfront payment is needed for hardware orders. The balance is due on the 20th of the month post-completion. Credit card transactions have a 2.5% surcharge.
8. General Terms:
Hardware: 2-year warranty; Workmanship: 1-year warranty. A free check within the first year.
Quote acceptance triggers hardware orders and installation scheduling.
Quotes are valid for 30 days.
Camera/Alarm setups require modem/router access. Alternative solutions may cost extra.
Alarm monitoring isn’t in the quote but can be arranged separately.
Outside Hamilton, travel fees apply.
Payment methods: finance (subject to approval), Afterpay, internet banking. Credit card: 2% surcharge.
